Remi and her crew have been taking wonderful care of our 4 cats since she was recommended by our vet, 2 years ago. Ellie our cat Sitter first met at our home and spent time getting to know all 4 of them. We get updates every day with photos and videos. For long trips we sometimes book overnights, so our cats have someone at home. Over 2 years and at least 10 trips, (some over 2 + weeks) our cat Sitter has become a second mum to them! Fen, who has been looking after Small and keeping an eye on the house, has been completely and utterly wonderful. This cat and dog sitting review is long overdue. I have nothing but high praises for Remi and her team who have helped us with our dogs and cat for over 6 years. Although Remi herself stopped offering dog boarding many years ago, she made an exception and our two rascals look forward to spending their holidays with her and her two dogs in her home. Their excitement upon getting to her home has to be witnessed, it’s sheer joy watching all the dogs run around like maniacs for the first 10 minutes upon arriving. I've been using this company for a few years now and my cats receive very attentive, sensitive service from my sitter, Moira. She's very professional, yet caring, and makes me feel secure during my holidays. I notice a real difference between the times I use her and the ones I leave them in the hands of my neighbour. The app for making bookings is easy to use, which is handy for me as I don't like making (or waiting on) phone calls and like to make and cancel my own bookings, viewing bookings and payments in written form, without dealing with admin staff. However I have dealt with Remi in admin sometimes, and can see why some people have mentioned her in reviews! She's a bit of a livewire so if you get your wires crossed it can get a bit explosive. And we did once, but I then had to call back a few months later due to a new health issue with one of my cats and the potential for a vet visit during my absence. Suddenly she was really caring and seemed to have forgotten or simply not care about our spat. But I prefer to just make my bookings online. Janice, the other admin lady, is really sweet though. So, frankly, I prefer to ask for Janice when I do have to discuss anything over the phone.read more

She is highly experienced and really understands cats. And every time she visited we got a detailed update with lovely pictures on the portal. Simba just loves her! I can't recommend the London Cat Sitting Company highly enough. I was so impressed by the user friendly app along with their professionalism in terms of bookings, invoicing and updates. When our cat was diagnosed with diabetes a week before we had to go away for a friend’s wedding, I thought we’d have to cancel our plans, but Remi was so helpful on the phone and within an hour had arranged for Robyn to house-sit, feed the cat and administer the insulin. Unfortunately from success comes envy and over the past couple of months, my company has experienced a barrage of people who have never used our service leaving 1 star reviews. Some of these such as the latest from CarrieAnne Tough are from people who have never contacted us or have disagreed with something I have blogged about or said on social media and some from clients we have turned down. In any business there will be clients and even business owners that clash. It's a known fact that I shoot straight from the hip and don't always believe the customer is always right. I was very happy with Frank looking after my baby for a few days whilst I was away. This was my first time leaving my baby girl and I was very apprehensive at first. London Cat Sitting Company is an excellent service with reliable, capable cat sitters and a great founder/manager orchestrating their fine, trustworthy and easy to use service. My cats are always relaxed and happy and at home when I return from times away, and I love getting updates and photos from my sitters, who are all very good with my kitties and nice, easy to work with people. The website and portal are easy and safe and reliable, and help and personal touch are all a phone call away. I have used LCS under short notice and had full confidence in the care of my kitties, and it is a great feeling to not worry about things at home while you are away. These guys are good. Surprised at the aggro below - they've helped us out a few times and have been good. Not sure what they could do better - you can book online, rates are reasonable when you consider London cost of living, the lady who has done sitting for us is sweet, seems competent and loves cats which are the main qualifications for the role. We once booked late and Remi wasn't buzzing about it but it got sorted - and we were the ones who put that pressure on them not the other way round. We'll keep using - I think most people are happy with their service else they wouldn't have a business.read more

I ran into the owner 4 months ago in a local supermarket and she allowed me to go in front of her at the check out till because I just had a few products. She obviously noticed the cat food and we exchanged a few pleasantries, which included her giving me her business card. So far we have used the service twice and have our third booking for Christmas. Very pleased with the service so far, regular updates from our cat sitter Ale and seamless online booking system and admin staff. We have always depended on friends, but that was getting awkward.
