I can’t recommend them highly enough. My two cats are very jumpy when anyone comes into the house, except for their cat sitters. The care that they get as well as treats, playing and general flattery makes them very happy. They really care and love cats and it really shows.

The booking system is so easy to use, and the love and care provided is exceptional. We have a very shy elderly cat who used to hate when we went away, which was stressful for everyone. Having the same cat sitter each time has allowed him to develop a relationship and now, he is relaxed and happy while we are away!

I have been a customer for 1.5 years with 2 different cat sitters - I really recommend the service. I have been happy with both cat sitters and the company is always helpful trying to find a solution for every week end away or holidays. If you have a cat it’s definitely a better option than kennel.

We had a cat sitter called Heather. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in cat welfare. I received daily updates via video and message and she even took the extra time to sit with my cats. I was put at ease knowing my cats were being cared for properly and the sitter even left the cats a toy. Overall fabulous experience and would 100% recommend. I will definately use this company again

Trustable serviceThis was my 2nd time of having overnight stay service from London Cat Sitting Company and I am very happy about our catsitter Yumna who did a fantastic job to take care of my 19 years old cat Jessie. I was worried at the beginning since Jessie needs medication and can be shy about strangers. But Yumna is great and she becomes a very good friend with my cat. She was friendly and provided me updates each day with lots of photos. I will definitely book again very soon.

I’m just back from my trip and couldn’t be happier with cat sitting service!Liliya was very attentive to all the requests we had. Even though she didn’t have to come at exact times,but our cat has stomach issues so she did her best to come at requested times.I was sent photos and videos twice a day and our cat really liked Liliya even though he is not very communicative.Thank you once again,we had a very peaceful time going away!

I had a bad experience with another Pet sitting company so I booked with the London Cat Sitting Company after finding their website on Google.I had a fantastic experience with them overall. Very smooth and efficient process to book, and Eva my sitter was amazing with my pet! Daily updates and she carried out everything as requested. Sarah has been taken care of our two cats in November and she was absolutely amazing!She sent messages to me daily and she even lent us her time-feeder to make sure my chubby cat not over eating in the morning/starving during the day and keeping his feeding routine. Sarah had playtime with our cats too and even managed to made my chubby cat to exercise with some toys.It is clear how much she cared about my cats and she took a lot of time to make each of them feel loved and well taken care of.The site itself is very easy to use, quick to register and they are very responsive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with cats.

We've been using the London Cat Sitting Co for around 4 years now and can't fault them. They make it really easy to book, it's really well organised and the sitters are incredibly reliable. All of the cat sitters we've had have been fantastic, and when our cat was seriously injured whilst we were on honeymoon, they made sure she got the care she needed until we got home. We currently have Fen who takes such good care of our cat. She sends photos and updates each day and makes us feel very reassured that she's in good hands.

Fen has been cat sitting my multiple cats on and off for over a year now and she is truly incredible. We have used the London Cat Sitting Company for five holidays of various lengths now. We’ve had three cat sitters, who have all been great. Most recently, Amanda has been looking after our elderly cat and doing a wonderful job, showing him lots of love despite his somewhat smelly demeanour due to age-related digestive problems! Amanda is thoughtful and sends us photos and videos which are very reassuring to receive given how frail our cat is these days. Our cat has a lot of accidents and creates a lot of mess, but Amanda always goes above and beyond, doing a significant amount of cleaning and leaving the flat in great condition for our return. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing cat sitter and company!

The London Cat Sitting Company introduced us to Amanda, who was amazing, she was meant to visit our cat, Thomas, every day, but actually visited twice a day as Thomas is good at hiding and she wanted to make sure he was fine and was eating well. Amanda topped up his food and water and changed the litter tray every day, the place was clean and tidy when we returned from our holiday. Amanda set up a WhatsApp group and sent us pictures daily and regular updates, she was very friendly and we would certainly ask for her again when using your company. Thank you, Simon and Sinead.

UPDATED 13.8.18 While I welcome honest even negative reviews, I will not abide with vindictive reviews from a suicidal mentally disturbed blogger in Northern Ireland, who has never acquired our services. Megan Potts also Known as Megan Haste is the latest vindictive review.I have owned London Cat Sitting Company since 2006 and very proud of how much we have grown and the service we provide to cat owners. Unfortunately from success comes envy and over the past couple of months, my company has experienced a barrage of people who have never used our service leaving 1 star reviews. Most have been removed by google or the reviewers themselves. Some of these such as the latest from CarrieAnne Tough are from people who have never contacted us or have disagreed with something I have blogged about or said on social media and some from clients we have turned down. In any business there will be clients and even business owners that clash. It's a known fact that I shoot straight from the hip and don't always believe the customer is always right. In 11 years I have seen it all. A testament to the quality service we provide is our success and longevity. I will be providing a longer statement on the web site and our social media platforms shortly.

Giorgiana is simply the best catsitter we've ever had! We have had some very poor experiences with pet sitters in the past, but Giorgiana is an absolute gem. She completely and totally 'understands' cats, her updates when she visits are comforting, informative and extremely humorous! We always return to find our cat mellow and somewhat nonplussed over our absence. She has also been extremely generous in making tea for our landscapers who happened to be working in our front garden during our absence. Cannot recommend enough.

She is highly experienced and really understands cats. And every time she visited we got a detailed update with lovely pictures on the portal. Simba just loves her! I can't recommend the London Cat Sitting Company highly enough. I was so impressed by the user friendly app along with their professionalism in terms of bookings, invoicing and updates. Meeting our wonderful sitter (Jane) a few days ahead, was so reassuring and our cat absolutely LOVED her. We now refer to her as the 'Cat Whisperer'. We’ve had a fantastic experience with this company. When our cat was diagnosed with diabetes a week before we had to go away for a friend’s wedding, I thought we’d have to cancel our plans, but Remi was so helpful on the phone and within an hour had arranged for Robyn to house-sit, feed the cat and administer the insulin. Robyn is just terrific. She’s been helping us out on and off for six months now and is extremely reliable and very kind to our grumpy little cat. I don’t know what we’d do without her.

I have used London Cat Sitting Company a couple of times for weekends away and once for a two week holiday. Our cats were miserable when we put them in a cattery and so I wanted a solution which meant they could stay in home territory. Our cats took to our cat sitter Niina immediately, she has a lovely way with them. We really appreciated her regular updates and photos, we felt reassured that our cats were getting plenty of attention whilst we were away. One of our cats needed regular medication and Niina was amazing at dealing with the additional care needed- even with a grumpy cat who wasn't particular happy with being given eye drops. We will definitely be using the London Cat Sitting Company again.
